I’ve never made a waffle.
I haven’t been a big fan of baking.
But I do like coconut flour, and I’m making it again.
The only thing that really bugs me about this recipe is that coconut flour can be tricky to get right, especially when you use a lot of it.
I had to adjust my baking to make it work.
So here’s how I did it.
