Here’s how to make your own almond flour and replace cauliflower.
Cut cauliflower into pieces.
To cut the cauliflower pieces, place the pieces on a chopping board and then cut the tips off.
Then, put them in a food processor.
Add a little bit of water if needed to chop the caulino into smaller pieces.
Heat up a skillet.
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the caulileas and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring often, until the cauliflowers are golden brown and crispy.
Serve with a salad.
To serve with your favorite salad, heat up a small saucepan with about a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add chopped garlic, onion, and a few sprigs of basil.
Add salt, pepper, and pepper to taste.
Add some sliced tomatoes to the pan.
Add more olive oil and saute until the tomatoes are tender and cooked through.
Add in your shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan, or Monterey Jack cheese.
Stir well and cook until melted.
Serve it with your preferred toppings.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and top with chopped avocado, chopped lettuce, or any cheese of your choice.
