Add the coconut flour to a bowl, and stir with a fork to combine.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and coconut oil.
Mix well, then add the egg white and coconut sugar.
Mix until combined.
Stir in the egg yolks, and the coconut oil and mix until well combined.
Add in the water and coconut milk, and mix again.
The batter will begin to thicken and become crumbly.
Add more water if needed.
Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
If desired, serve with toppings of your choice.
This crust is great for a quick meal or a snack.
For a full meal, it can be frozen for up to 3 days, and then thawed at room temperature before serving.
