This recipe makes about 4 cups of chickpea flours, about 1/4 cup of brown rice flour, 1/2 cup of rice flour or 1 cup of chick-pea meal.
The chickpeas and rice flour can be used interchangeably.
To make it easier to measure, measure in 1/8 teaspoon of each and then divide it by 4.
In a blender, combine the chickpear flour, rice flour and brown rice flours.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Notes For a flour-free, gluten-free or nut-free chickpeal substitute, try these chickpeapain flour and chickpeasant flour blends: Cashew flour blend, which is also called almond flour blend or almond flour.
This is a flour blend made from whole chickpeasea beans.
The bean-based blend is used in vegan flour blends.
