CNN article “I can understand it if you were a woman, you’d say, ‘Well, if I can’t get pregnant, then what am I going to do?'” says Susan K. Lee, M.D., an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Columbia University and the author of a new book, “The Ultimate Diet.”

“But if you’re a man, and you’re pregnant, I would say, you need to reconsider this whole idea.”

Lee is an author of the new book and a co-author of the original article.

Lee has been following the trend for years, but this is the first time she has been able to talk to her patients about the importance of their diet and to get their feedback.

Her new book focuses on women who are considering having a baby after having been told by their doctor that they should limit their calories and not eat much at all.

“I think we’re seeing more women coming forward with their stories, because the general consensus is, ‘It’s OK if you can’t have kids, you can just eat your vegetables and keep your carbs low,'” Lee says.

“I think it’s a real issue, because this has been an issue for a long time.

And it’s one that’s been overlooked.”

The average American woman eats a diet high in sugar, saturated fat and sodium, while consuming nearly half the total calories of men.

It’s the leading cause of preventable death in the U.S. The average calorie intake of women in their 20s is 2,700, compared with 1,900 for men.

A 2010 study by the Institute of Medicine, which advises the government on nutrition, found that women who ate high in processed carbohydrates, high in refined carbohydrates and low in whole grains and vegetables in their diets had lower birth weights than women who consumed a balanced diet.

Women who ate a diet low in fiber and high in whole fruits and vegetables had a significantly higher birth weight than those who ate mostly white potatoes and whole grains.

For Lee, a physician and the president of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, that’s important because a diet based on a balance of whole foods has the potential to improve the health of women.

“Women need to be eating like women, eating a balanced, healthy diet, which is what this looks like,” Lee says, adding that it’s important to note that women can eat the same amount of calories as men.

“It’s just that a balanced nutrition diet that’s low in processed carbs and high-quality whole grains can really have a positive impact on the health and longevity of a woman.”

Lee says that a diet that includes a balanced eating pattern is the most effective way to maintain a healthy weight.

That means eating more fruits and veggies, as well as a higher amount of whole grains, vegetables and whole grain products.

Lee recommends a moderate amount of carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, cereals, brown rice, rice, pasta and pasta sauces, as part of a balanced meal.

In addition to the diet, Lee says it’s also important to avoid excessive red meat, dairy and processed foods.

She also advises that women avoid adding gluten, soy, dairy products and sugar to their diets.

One of the most commonly cited reasons women avoid getting pregnant is the fear that a baby will be born with a birth defect.

The American College, for instance, estimates that about 1 in 5 American pregnancies end in abortion.

But in an interview with CNN, Lee said that many women do give birth to healthy babies, but the difference is that many of them are born with an abnormality.

If a woman is worried about having a child with a congenital birth defect, she should get a birth control pill and discuss it with her doctor, Lee told CNN.

Another common reason that women do not have children is because they have no control over their diet.

Some women do eat more vegetables and fruits, but those can also be high in calories, Lee notes.

“If a lot of that was eliminated, you would probably be getting a healthier baby,” Lee said.

As the population ages, more Americans are likely to become obese.

Obesity is the leading risk factor for many chronic conditions, including Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and stroke.

According to a 2012 National Institutes of Health report, obesity increases the risk of Type 2 diabetias, Type 1 diabetes, hypertension, heart attack, stroke and death.

But as the population of older Americans ages, they may also want to look into the option of a diet with fewer calories and fewer processed foods, Lee suggests.

And it’s not just older Americans who want to try a balanced approach to nutrition.
